Pottery Wheel Throwing, Paint & Glaze Workshop or Make A Mug Workshop event options in South St. Louis. Learn to throw on the potters wheel, Make A Mug, or Paint Your Own Pottery! Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks, BYOB. SBAP provides glasses, plates, cups, napkins, silverware, and wine openers.
Events are booked on an individual basis once we know more about your groups event details.

Two-Hour Make-A-Mug-Cup-or Bowl Workshop is a great way to try something new, be creative, and have a great time with friends, family, or co-workers!
It is our belief that everyone should have their own hand-made artisanal mug and why not make it yourself. At Make-A-Mug Workshop you work at a table and will learn hand-building skills like pinch, and coil, as well as surface decoration techniques to design your own mug, cup, or bowl. Instruction is provided and we will walk you through each step of the process and when your all done we will dip it in a color for you. All pottery is cone 6 stoneware and food safe.

Paint your own pottery and glaze a handmade Mug, Cup or Bowl at South Broadway Art Project! We hope you can visit our studio and shop soon to learn more about our totally unique approach to pottery painting. SBAP is a fully functioning pottery studio in St. Louis and features professional potter's glazes and ceramics painting. All pottery is fired to cone 6 which is stoneware, food safe and dishwasher safe.
