Only students with paid admission are admitted into class. All sales are final, we do not give refunds for missed, skipped or canceled classes and reserve the option to reschedule classes if needed. If you should need to reschedule please send us an email to info@southbroadwayartproject.org 7 days before your class date. Sold-out classes and large group reservations may be exempt from the option to reschedule. If you have an issue with attendance outside of the seven days give us a call and if we have someone to take your spots in class we certainly will try to accommodate.
By registering and attending class at South Broadway Art Project, the student or parental guardian gives permission to South Broadway Art Project to use photos and video taken of the student or child at the studio as well as photos of the student’s artwork to be used for promotion and marketing purposes. The student or parental guardian also gives permission to South Broadway Art Project to use photos and video taken of the client/student and their artwork for marketing on social media, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram as well as the studio’s web site southbroadwayartproject.org
Passes & Memberships
Start at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level with Wheel Throwing or Hand-building. Be sure to sign up for your beginner demos and classes online through our web site. ALL time spent in classes. demos, and independent studio time are deducted from your pass hours. Passes cannot be shared. Only students with passes will be admitted. SBAP does not give refunds for missed, skipped, canceled, or unused pass hours. All sales are final. Passes and Memberships are for students 16 and older. Students who are 13, 14, or 15 may get a pass or membership if their parent, guardian, or appointed adult also has a membership.
If you need to reschedule a Members Only Class, please email us with at least 24 hours notice to: info@southbroadwayartproject.org. We are not able to process same- day cancellations. Students who cancel, skip, or miss their scheduled demo or class will be charged 1 hour off your pass hours and Monthly Members may be charged a $10 rescheduling fee especially if the class is full and has a waitlist.
